Cottage Theatre is a "thrust" stage, with fixed seating for 147. Additional seating along the house wall is available, as are four designated wheelchair-accessible areas.

The stage is elevated approximately 18 inches from the house floor. The downstage third of the thrust can be removed and roped off to serve as an orchestra pit.
