Directed by James Scoggins
Eight months after the unexpected death of their 4-year-old son, Howie and Becca Corbett are wading their way through the unthinkable. Howie wants to hold on to everything that reminds him of Danny, while Becca is overcome by the pain of seeing Danny’s possessions everywhere. Cracks appear in their relationship while their friends and family help the best they can. Inspired by his Julliard mentor Marsha Norman to “write about the thing that scares us most in the world,” playwright and new father David Lindsay-Abaire wrote this 2006 Pulitzer Prize-winning drama. Though rooted in tragedy, Rabbit Hole ultimately is about the hope that, somewhere in the universe, there is a version of our world where we are all okay.
